Who we are
These surveys are run by AZURE FLOWSTATE PRIVATE LIMITED, a private company limited by shares incorporated under the laws of the Republic of Singapore, UEN 202615248W, 68 Circular Road #02-01, Singapore 049242.
We run them under the brands we own.
Origin
Why you hear from us
You are a customer, or a former customer, of one of our brands, named in each of our messages. Or a peer invited you, and their name is in the message they had us send you.
Data
What we collect
- Your file: identifier, trade, role, headcount, country, language, the brand you are a customer of, your email address.
- Your answers: your choices, what you write, the time of each step and the last screen you reached.
- If you agree to be contacted again: the channel you chose, and your phone number if you give it.
- If you invite peers: their email addresses, and the fact that you invited them.
- If you use the AI tool: your conversations with it.
- Technical data: each time a survey page opens, and each time you act on it, your IP address, details of your browser and device, and a fingerprint computed from them.
Every question is optional.
Purposes
Why we collect it
- To update your file.
- To send you the key figures for your trade.
- To contact you again for the survey's second wave, if you agree.
- To send one message to each peer you invite.
- To quote excerpts of your written answers in our reports. Before any quote, our language-model gateway removes whatever could identify you, with no person reading it.
- With your agreement, asked for separately: to point you to our partners' solutions that fit your situation, and to put you in touch with them.
That last purpose is commercial. We say so from our first message.
Retention
Where it is kept, and for how long
Everything we collect is written to MAXIN, our group's record store, hosted by Amazon Web Services in Singapore. It is encrypted at rest.
Nothing written to MAXIN is ever deleted or overwritten.
So we keep your data with no end date. Every read of MAXIN is logged. A read made through ORACLE, our reading service, is written to MAXIN with the identity of whoever made it, and is never deleted either.
Access
Who may look at your answers
Our services use them for what this page describes, and for nothing else. No person at Azure Flowstate looks at them, except:
- in connection with litigation;
- when a person's life is under imminent threat;
- to run the service: to give someone the access they asked for, or to fix a fault or stop an attack, each time by a named person.
Any other access by a person is a violation of our policy.
Partners
What leaves us
To our partners, only after your agreement, asked for separately: your contact details and a summary of your need. Nothing else. They never see your answers.
In our summaries by trade: no individual answer, and no group small enough for you to be recognised in it.
AI
The AI tool
Your conversations with the AI tool go through our group's gateway to language models. Each exchange is written to MAXIN, like your answers, and follows the same access rule.
